I think the Central Balat project that Taşyakan Yapı is going to implement, is a high value project for Bursa because of its architectural concept and its compact structure and because the shopping mall and living areas are solved together and the location is well chosen.

We, as Bür Architecture, made the interior design of the loft residences. The meticulous and sensitive attitudes of Taşyakan Yapı A.Ş. in every respect, attention to the carefulness of the first class and quality

workmanship of the material selections, and the attention and sensitivity that they showed to the project, cautioned me and I was also pleased. When the project is delivered, I think that it will be a breathing project where landscaping, different architectures with organic form, detail solutions, social areas, shopping mall and cozy and comfortable life on the residence floors are put together
